Incredible work by Karpov: absolutely perfect execution. The room used to have carpet and for years I wanted to replace it with "something". I knew I could not use more wood in the room, as the whole room was paneled with wood already (walls and ceiling). Marble seemed the obvious thing but I needed some support with the design and I knew I would not be happy unless that came with perfection. A friend recommended Karpov Construction. They have been professional and easy to work with. Igor was passionate about his work: came at 7:00 am every morning and did not leave until late or when that part of the project, for the day, was finished: no shortcut, always available to listen to you, dwelling over what looked better, supportive, dependable, friendly. Absolutely recommendable company.

Karpov recently finished approx $250k remodel of our home in Lone Tree.  Having remodeled several houses in the past I can say with full confidence that Karpov is great to work with. From the very start, walking the job initially they asked all the right questions. They showed up when they said they would and they have been great with follow up on a few small warranty items. Highly recommend!
